We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Sorry but we are unable to process C.O.D. shipments. Credit card orders will be billed through DTech Canada (2012) Inc. Businesses involved in automotive repair or parts distribution may be eligible for an open account. Please contact us at dtechsales@DTechcanada.com for credit information.
Sales tax will be charged at the applicable rates based on current regulations.
Orders received prior to 2:30 PM Central time will be shipped the same day. Shipping charges are based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, at published rates, but may arrive in more than one box.
Return any part to us within 30 days of the original shipping date and we will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes, less a 20% restocking fee. Please request a product return authorization form by calling Customer Service at 1-877-697-8090. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number. We require all returns have a Return Authorization Number so we can quickly and accurately process your return and apply the credit to your credit card. Shipping charges for any product return are the responsibility of the customer.
All returned parts will be inspected for use or shipping damage and the refund amount may be reduced accordingly. Returned goods must be in saleable condition.
Shipping Errors Or Parts Damaged In Shipment
Please notify us immediately of any shipping errors or damaged shipments by calling Customer Service at 1-877-697-8090. We will contact you within 1 business day and take care of the problem immediately. It is the responsibility of the receiver to sign off the shipment as damaged with the courier at time of delivery.
Products sold by DTech Canada (2012) Inc. are covered by specific manufacturer warranties. These warranties can be found by clicking the links at the top of this page. Warranty claims must be submitted by completing the customer service Warranty Claim Form, click here to download. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number within 2 business days. We require all returns to have a Return Authorization Number so we can quickly and accurately process your return and apply the credit to your credit card. Warranty returns may be subject to inspection/analysis by the manufacturer before credit can be issued.
Core returns are the responsibility of the customer who bears all core return shipping costs. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Core returns must be either in the box/container the original unit was shipped in our suitable replacement packaging. A copy of the original invoice(s) must be included with the core return or we cannot process the return. Core credit will be issued only for the part numbers and quantities purchased. Cores must be returned within the time frame specified in the detail information section for each part and meet the core acceptance criteria for that part.
